It's been a while since I updated my website - which today seems important and timely, mostly to reflect how my work has shifted since I began facilitating weekly process groups in July 2014.

I am so amazed and awed by what a group environment can offer to someone who is willing to take a risk - to reveal a part of themselves, to follow an impulse, to dare to express their longing or desire... There's something truly transformative in being witnessed in the expression of our full humanity - in both our higher calling for meaning, purpose and connection, and in our lower manifestations of anger, hatred, cruelty, pettiness...
