Our organism wants to be in flow — this is where we are connected inside and just being ourselves.
Many things can get in the way of that state — namely, what we’ve been taught by family, society, religion about who we’re allowed to be.
I will help you to re-connect to your native energy, your spirit, and help you to open to what it needs or wants, and how it wants to move in the world.
This involves bringing awareness to sensations in the body, or sometimes physically moving to express an energy that wants to be free, and bringing consciousness to our beliefs.
Talking is of course an important part of the process, for naming and more deeply understanding what we experience and see. It is also crucial for integrating our experiences into the growing, more expanded human (we already are!)
About Me
I work with individual clients, couples and groups, and have been in practice since 2008.
I have been on faculty at the Radical Aliveness Institute in California and the Integral Healing Centre of Toronto, as well as a director of the International Association for Voice Movement Therapy (IAVMT).
I am an approved practitioner for students in the training programs at the Core Energetics Institute in New York City, Core Energetics Canada in Montreal and Metamorphosis in Toronto.
I have been a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario since 2014.
